APPLICATION

1) By means of two-prong end of the device (1) push the tongue so that it gets slightly bent. Then push the plate with two holes (2) to be located between your lips and teeth and move it along the notches 1 to 6 on the strip (3) to reach the position convenient to you. Check whether you can breathe freely when the tongue is held in such a position. The regular position of the device (1) is when the zig-zag part (3) is in the downward position.

        Depending on your mouth the device maybe put into it with the zig-zag part upwards      

2) Push the screen (4) to the end of the strip (3) so that the gap between the screen and the lips is 1 to 4 mm

3) In case the application of the device induces secretion of saliva, the prong part going under the tongue maybe made shorter by 1,5 to 2,5 mm. Please check that the edges of theshortened prong are not sharp.

4) Using the device please check that the position of the two-prong end and the plate fixed by you is maintained and does not change.

5) Rinse the device with lukewarm water after usage.

6) Store the device in a dry place in room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight.
